LIUBLC Team Book Recommendations for Washington Center

As part of our preparations for the Washington Center Training in July, they have asked us to develop a

Imagine a Life Canon: We have to recommend what three books our team thinks every undergraduate student should read?  This 3 book recommendation should include an explanation for why these books as well as bibliographic citations.

Please take a look at the books submitted by team members so far. Each link takes you to an excerpt or the full copy of the reading.  Those of you who have not submitted your recommendations, please send them to me (Jose) and I will update this list for the others to see. Make sure you send me Amazon or Google Book links so I can attach them to the your list.  We will discuss all of these books at our next Team meeting.
